Review and Recommend
In the first month I start by spending time talking to your team, observing and understanding the current approach, identifying areas of opportunity and understanding your process, people and prospects. Often this will include a ‘mystery’ shop and a number of customer research calls as appropriate. This allows me to deliver a pack of innovative recommendations to build on your success and an overview of how we change your sales results – quickly and effectively.
Once we are agreed on how we can revolutionise your results, we will agree on the process changes, marketing support and other activity that needs to happen within the business to drive your sales success.
People and Passion!
Month two is all about your people - I’ll focus on training your teams to deliver – not only implementing a common language and sales approach, but instilling an enthusiasm and excitement about the opportunities we are working on.
Most importantly I’ll work side by side with each and every one of your team to coach them to success – leveraging their own unique skills so that they are confident and excited about their own success.
Our goal is to help you and your team become better, bolder and happier in the sales environment, while fast tracking to success.
