About Buzztastic
Hi there! My name is Victoria and I'm the Director here at Buzztastic. I help people to love their sales job, and to take pride in their selling. No double-glazing-double-talk, no Apprentice-style bluster.
I’m an energetic sales trainer and consultant. How energetic? Picture the Duracell Bunny after a double espresso and a gallon of Berocca. But there’s another quality that’s just as important to my process. I always put myself in the shoes of the person I’m training. I grow to understand their motivations and their challenges. And I solve their problems, not the ones posed by the textbook. Then, I help them to understand their prospects. So they feel good about themselves, while they sell. |
Let me tell you my story
I had a lot of success in my corporate sales management career. It’s something I’m very proud of. But I’m really proud of the success that other people had while working for me.
It was big, bold success. They achieved things they didn’t believe they could do. You can read about some of their experiences on my testimonials page.
I worked at the front line of sales management, heading up a department of three teams, two in-house and one field based, was responsible for sales of more than £8 million a year, and had just been made Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Managers. Been there, done that, sold the t-shirt.
And then I gave it all up to start my own business.

Remembering the person in the Salesperson
So why leave my comfortable management job and strike out on my own? There were times when I asked myself the same question.
Well, I felt that there was something missing in sales training. I knew the same stuff as the other sales trainers and consultants, but there seemed to be a disconnect when it came to disseminating that knowledge.
The theory was great, but you need people to put it into practice. I wanted to connect with the person, whether they were a first year sales executive learning the ropes, a top notch professional going for that stretch goal, a director mapping out the strategic direction of the sales department, or an Entrepreneur selling for the first time.
I would empathise, and energise.
So I launched Buzztastic. And in my first few years, I have:
